Rep. Gilliard to host Career and Health Fair in Savannah

September 27, 2016 - State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Garden City) will host a Career and Health Fair on Fri., October 28, 2016, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the West Broad Street YMCA in Savannah.



The event will feature an “Economic Empowerment Luncheon,” a free, catered lunch for companies and businesses.


The luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Woodsville-Tompkins Institute in Savannah. Georgia Department of Labor Commissioner Mark Butler will serve as the keynote speaker at the luncheon.


Fair attendees will have the opportunity to interact with companies, colleges, healthcare providers and prospective employers.
